The primary function of the Junior Project Manager is to support the Sales team with estimating, handling ongoing projects, communicating with field technicians, electricians, project managers, engineers, expediters and the FDNY. Excellent communication, problem-solving skills and solid work ethic are among the most important qualities we are looking for.
Responsibilities:
- Handling ongoing projects. Planning, organizing and directing work for ongoing projects.
- Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
- Understanding the business benefits and technical aspects of FA/ARCS solutions and creating estimates.
- Act as an interface between clients and technical staff to resolve outstanding issues on ongoing projects.
- Provide reports and feedback on customers’ accounts and ongoing projects to management, accounting, project managers, field technicians, expediters and engineers.
Qualifications:
Although Cross-Fire offers full training for this position, the successful candidate must have the following qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and execute ongoing projects in a methodical and professional manner.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office & Adobe.
- Time management skills.
Previous experience will be considered a plus.
